Most people (myself included) love a burger. They are easy to make and are a real crowd-pleaser. The real beauty however is that like a lot of dishes, you can really make the burger your own by customising the meat blend or experimenting with your own homemade burger sauce for example.
In this signature dish, I always add Smoked Paprika to my burgers in a bowl as not only is it my favourite spice, but it gives an extra level of depth to the burgers whilst they cook.
